Between March 1 and June 30 taxes must be paid to the Kent County Treasurer. Additional fees will be added if taxes are not paid by the stated deadlines on your tax bill.

Property Taxes may be paid to the City of Lowell from July 1 through February 28. They can be paid in person, online using our new tax information and payment system, by phone at (855) 839-7016 or through the mail at:

If the Due Date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Legal Holiday the Due Date will be extended to the next regular business day. When making payments by mail, if you would like to receive a receipt you must enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope. Please allow at least five days for mail delivery.
