CITY OF LOWELL The City of Lowell and Lowell Light and Power are requesting proposals to update their websites. We would like to establish a site that is easy to update and maintain, aesthetically appealing, user friendly, dynamic and informative, interactive and is an engaging destination. If you have ideas and experience and would like to be considered please submit your information and qualifications in writing by Monday, August 30, 2010 to: David Pasquale, City Manager OR Greg Pierce, General Manager The current City website is www.ci.lowell.mi.us Representatives of the City of Lowell will be in your area gathering information about properties within the City Limits. They will be interviewing residents to gather basic property information, taking digital photos and making sketches of the exterior all structures in the City allowing all parcel information to be stored electronically. City Clerk The Lowell Cable Television (LCTV) Fund is a nonprofit endowment fund established on September 17, 2007 by means of the sale of the assets of Lowell Cable Television. A portion of the annual investment earnings are distributed in agreement with the Grand Rapids Community Fund and may be available for grants each year. The LCTV Board was created to solicit and review grant applications for projects that benefit the Lowell Area including the City of Lowell, LowellTownship and Vergennes Township.
