The City of Lowell is soliciting sealed bids from janitorial/cleaning businesses to provide janitorial and cleaning services for selected City of Lowell buildings.    All sealed bids shall be clearly marked "2023 Cleaning Bids" and are to be submitted to the Lowell City Clerk, 301 E.
